AiNOS FLINT

One shared standard.
Evolving with the field.

  1. 01

    Scattered knowledge. One shared standard.

Bring regulations, manuals, and expert know-how together. A responsible reviewer checks and signs off on the standard.

  2. 02

The same standard, in training and on the job.

Learn through demonstrations and practice before work. On the job, check each step and the conditions that mean you must stop.

  3. 03

    Today’s discovery. Tomorrow’s shared knowledge.

New observations from the field are reviewed, added to the standard, and carried back into training and daily work.

Work carries on.
Even when experts leave.

Fatalities have risen again. The older workforce is growing.
The next worker needs that experience
to make safer decisions.

After a decline,
fatalities rose again.

Based on South Korean data for 2025. The fatality statistics and the survey of older people cover different populations. They do not establish that aging or retirement caused an increase in accidents.

  1. Ministry of Employment and Labor · 2025 provisional results for fatal accidents subject to investigation (opens in a new tab)

    589 people in 2024 → 605 in 2025. This series differs from total occupational deaths based on approved workers’ compensation claims. Construction: 276 → 286; manufacturing: 175 → 158; other industries: 138 → 161.

  2. Statistics Korea · May 2025 Economically Active Population Survey: supplement on older people (opens in a new tab)

9.78 million people aged 55–79 were employed, up 344,000 from the same month a year earlier. The May 2024 figure of 9.436 million is calculated by subtraction. The figure of 52.9 years is the average age at departure among respondents who had left their longest-held job.
